Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

 

 

To request a refund or replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

 

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing or style preference

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
